Welcome to IGT’s new Lottery Blog!
Earlier this year I asked our customers what they thought about our website. Their feedback has encouraged me to launch this new blog, where I will be posting really fresh, new and interesting articles, papers and videos, all offering deep insights into the lottery industry on a regular basis.
All of the content is designed to help lotteries grow and modernize their businesses. In the coming weeks you will be able to read articles about consumer trends, innovation, the latest thinking in game development, and the exclusive findings from IGT’s World Player Study. I am working with several colleagues within IGT to bring you these new articles, and I would like to introduce some of them here.

- Ailsa McKnight is an Interactive and Player Experience Specialist with 16 years’ experience in the lottery, gaming and sports betting industries.
- Gerard Caro, Senior Director of Marketing Insights, directs all market research efforts at IGT and leads the Insights 360 group.
